Such information can come from site registration, subscription to our services, complete an online assessment on Our Sites, purchases on Our Sites, participating in assessment research on Our Site, and when you report a problem on Our Sites, and can be in the form of a legal name, occupation, biographical information, home or work address, e-mail address, information related to your employer (i.e. address and phone number), as well as financial and credit card information.

Information you give us when completing an online assessment on Our Sites. Our clients may provide us with your personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and telephone number. You may also provide this type of information by editing your profile.

Information we collect about you. Whenever you visit one of Our Sites, the following information is automatically collected: Internet protocol address, login information, browser type and version, time zone settings, operating system, platform, device type, full Uniform Resource Locators, clickstream to, through, and from our site, page response time, website errors, length of visit, page interaction information, and any phone, e-mail address, or Skype identifying information used to contact us.

What we do with the information we gather

We use the information you give us when using Our Sites for the following:

1) To fulfill our obligations arising from any contract binding you and ABEL Project Inc. to provide you with the information, products, and services that you requested from us.

Whenever you complete an assessment, we process your information in behalf of our clients. We may process the information you provide for research purposes. The research we conduct is analyses related to item performance characteristics (i.e. validity, reliability, fairness). The conducted research is always fully anonymized and no personally identifiable information is disclosed to any client or third party parties.

The information you provide us will be used to generate reports disclosing your results, which will be used by our clients for their own personnel selection and development decisions.

Any client who have requested from us an assessment of you may use the personal information that you provide to us as part of our service to them. By our Standard Terms and Conditions, all clients are required to treat any personal information collected from you as confidential.

When you complete an assessment on Our Sites, we may use the information to:

1) Identify and score any assessment you complete.

2) Analyze the answers you provide us through our assessments and make evaluations on your aptitudes and self-reported personality characteristics.

3) Generate results reports in the client account who has requested your assessment.

In addition to the information you directly give us, we collect additional information about you. We will use this information to: 1) administer and manage our site, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, and research; 2) improve our site ensuring that the information is correctly displayed to the majority of users; 3) ensure that our site remains safe and secure at all time; 4) measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Disclosure of your information

You agree that we have the right to share your personal information with:

1) Any member of our group, including subsidiaries.

2) Specific third parties such as: business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract binding us with them or you, analytics and research engine providers, and credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition before entering a contract with you.

3) Any legal entity ordering ABEL Project to comply with a legal obligation of disclosing or sharing your personal data.

4) Any companies or organizations, for the purpose of protecting the rights, property, or safety of ABEL Project Inc, our clients, or others.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The collected data obtained from you will be transferred within, and stored at, only locations in Canada. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this method of transfer, storing, and processing.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology and will be processed via or ABEL Project does not directly processed credit card information.

ABEL Project Inc. will destroy, delete, or anonymize your information on a request from our client that requested your assessment, or after 24 months, at our discretion.

How we use cookies
