The research we conduct is analyses related to item performance characteristics (i.e. validity, reliability, fairness). The information you provide us will be used to generate reports disclosing your results, which will be used by our clients for their own personnel selection and development decisions.
Any client who have requested from us an assessment of you may use the personal information that you provide to us as part of our service to them. By our Standard Terms and Conditions, all clients are required to treat any personal information collected from you as confidential.
When you complete an assessment on Our Sites, we may use the information to:
1) Identify and score any assessment you complete.
2) Analyze the answers you provide us through our assessments and make evaluations on your aptitudes and self-reported personality characteristics.
3) Generate results reports in the client account who has requested your assessment.
