General description

Highly adaptive individuals will typically remain composed, be natural and charismatic leaders, will find it relatively easy to make difficult decisions, and can be considered ideal business leaders. The DAPTQ was developed by examining the common personality traits found in successful business leaders and other highly successful individuals. It focuses on adaptive traits which are considered important to succeed in the entrepreneurial world.

Adaptive behaviors are highly related to stress resilience. A scientific study demonstrated a link between stress and employee turnover, highlighting the advantages of stress management coaching, benefiting both employees and employers by reducing turnover of staff.

The importance of being adaptive

A large-scale investigation of HR leaders and line managers demonstrated that 91 percent of HR directors predict that a candidate's ability to adapt to changes will be a major recruitment goal in 2018.

However, instant feedback reports will not be available if you choose this option, as enough people from your group need to be tested to develop comparative norms before being able to provide any results (a minimum of 100 employees is strongly recommended).
